    Hi,

    I am selling my PR1 domain with a non developed site (if you want it).

    Domain: www.forumskinz.net
    PageRank: 1

    The idea behind the site is simple, to create and sell premium quality themes on a particular or multiple platforms. Unfortunately I do not have the time to develop my skills in this area and hence this must be sold. I would imagine that Xenforo is the best platform to theme with premium themes selling for around $30 each. Mybb is also a good, and free, platform to create themes for- with premium fetching around $10-$20 and custom $50+.

    As you can see the potential for this site is fantastic: Selling 10 Xenforo themes a month and you're earning $300+.

    Well there really isn't anything there. I am mainly selling the PR 1 domain and the idea. There are very few of these types of domains left. Opened it though :)
