Selling Pr1 Fan site for online game , mass traffic with active forum and past revenue

This website is pr1 and receives about 5k unique visitors a month. The website use to earn about $500 month from referral program for the game it is based on. However that was discontinued and now the site needs someone to creatively monetize it.

For content, I just add a new post about once a week detailing that weeks new releases within the game and then create any new pages on the site to correspond with the new releases. It takes about 5 minutes to make the post and/pages. For the pages I have someone who creates an image file for me and i simply post that image to the page and its done.
