Selling PR1 Established Short URL Site With Members - Great Domain Name!

This is a site that provides short url services to its members where they shorten their long affiliate links and get paid for promoting the links and sending visits through our url to theirs. The more they promote their links, the more traffic this site gets. Most of the traffic comes from PTC's and traffic exchanges where the members place the links. Has over 100 members.

It's essentially a Linkbucks clone and uses the Exitlinks script (a legal copy...NOT one of those shitty warez copies). Here's the problem, and PLEASE READ THIS PART BEFORE BIDDING: Last year there was an issue with the login not working and it was due to something updated on the host server. The owner of Exitlinks fixed it for me to keep the site working, but the old logins still did not work...only new ones worked. So I simply gave new ID numbers to the old members, as if there were new, and everything moved along fine.

The problem is that I can't guarantee this won't happen on your own hosting during the site transfer and, as such, I have listed it with a low BIN in case that happens. You'll still get the PR1 domain and active member database, but you may have to assign new ID numbers to a few active members if their login stops working. Just giving everyone fair warning. It would take maybe 30 minutes to do.

Other than that, it's all good. An easy to remember .com that runs on autopilot with the members promoting it. Revenue is hard to pinpoint, as some months I sell the top banner spot or $15-20 per month or, if there is no advertiser for a given month, I will place my own ads for sales, such as one I had for a Clickbank product last month. You can place whatever you like in the ad spot with the knowledge that it will get up to over a million page views during peak months (see screenshots). It's impossible NOT to get a sale with that many eyeballs seeing your ad!!

One other thing I need to mention is that the admin login was one of the logins that stopped working during the hosting issue, but can't be reset because it's a static ID number. So, for the past year I've done all the admin work directly to the database through phpmyadmin and I actually prefer it to the the admin panel that came with the script, as it was very basic and didn't have many options (just add/edit ads and view clicks).
