Selling PR1 Established Golf Resource

Selling my golf website which I have been building up for a while now. It already has a lot of content in the articles and the blogs. The majority of the articles are spun, while the content in the blog is automatically generated by a content puller. The site design is unique to the site.

Majority of the actual work is done, the new owner just has to update the blog, spin some more articles if they'd like, and build links. The market is pretty good for hybrid golf clubs and the competition, while strong, is easily passable with the work already done. The site is already ranked in search engines for terms such as "buy hybrid golf clubs", "hybrid irons", and "hybrid golf clubs". This niche is pretty wide open for someone that can be committed to it.

I was planning on maintaining the site but slowly grew bored with it. There is nothing wrong with the site at all, I just don't have the time or interest to keep updating it. It is a sure moneymaker in the hands of the right person!

The site makes money through Amazon affiliates, and when people click in the store page on any of the links for brands, they are forwarded to an Amazon category search. From January to March of 2010 I have gotten 103 clicks on my ads.
