Made some adjustments to the site, some in consideration of what jg123 had mentioned.

• 
  Featured links are now only 5.00/year for the time being.
  Added the ability to upgrade from Regular listing to Featured on any particular link's detail page.
  Last 5 Featured links are displayed on the Index.
  Added symbolic top level link to Web Directories Category
  And other small modifications

So if you submitted your sites for review, you're more than welcome to Upgrade your listings if you so desire.

As always we will approve all links usually within 24-48 hrs, and we'll be constantly adding even more features over the next short period of time.

Go ahead and submit your sites! And if you have any suggestions/critiques, I'd be happy to hear those as well!

Just wanted to also not that, not only have we added a completely new design, but we have also added Deep Linking on both Featured and Regular listings.

Regular and Reciprocal links remain free, but now you have the chance to Upgrade your initial regular listings to Featured for only half the price for a limited time, as well as submit Paid Featured and Regular sites and take advantage of the Deep Link feature at a very inexpensive rate.

All Featured links remain Featured for 1 year after submission and approval, and you are given the option to renew at the end of that time.
