    This is actually a pretty good site.

    - high paying keyword
    - custom Adsense optimized theme - high CTR
    - 1150 backlinks according to Yahoo Site Explorer
    - articles submitted on ezinearticles.com and other article dirs
    - linkwheel done for the site
    - keyword rich domain

    Last month site revenue: around 10 Euros = around $13. All AdSense. The site is suitable for monetization as affiliate too.

    Domain registered at DomainRightNow.com. Creating account there if you don't have one is free.

    Some of the articles are unique, some not. At first I started the site with PLR content, but soon I bought few articles and added few myself.

    Site is 6 months old.
