Selling PR1 Celebrity Website, 6 months old

    Looking to sell one of my sites, katiepricebooks . com

    The site is 6 months old, number 1 in google for "katie price books" which has been bringing in around 300 uniques per month (around 200 over the last month due to my site being down for a couple of days), mainly from Google but some from other sites which have links to the site. 75% UK traffic, 10% US and the rest elsewhere.

    Site is making a few sales through amazon per month, last month it made around £7 which is about $10.

    You could probably make more using adsense but I have other projects I am working on now.

    Site is using wordpress, I will give you the theme and database export, and push the domain name to your godaddy account.

    I just noticed that this site hasnt averaged 300, actual stats posted above.

    I have a video gaming PR1 site, about the same age which averages 300 uniques which I will be posting as well which is where the confusion came from.
