    Good short domain name, good for female bloggers or for offering themes that are 'chic'. Page Rank 1. (have inner page rank 1 also). The site currently have 9 articles related to wordpress, but will include additional 5 articles to new owner - was supposed to post them before the google update but have forgotten.

    *Will also include 10 wordpress theme which you can use for personal interest (sell/look for sponsor) or use them to promote the site.

    No revenue claim. Low traffic.

    RFS: Need to fund another project.
    *Buyer shoulder paypal fees.
