I am having a pr1 general blog which I am intending to sell off now..you can develop it or use it for paid posts. It has around 21 blog posts in it. I am selling it for $14. It is hosted in blogspot with the own domain (.co.cc) which I will transfer both to the buyer. PR1 domain itself would cost you $14 but i am selling both the domain and the content for this cheap rate, as i could not find time to maintain it.
