Selling PR1 Autoblog For Sale - Adsense + Clickbank earning

I am selling this autoblog bcz this website is using more resources from my server.
by running this site on my server other (100+) websites are slowing down.
also i am sick of spam comments on this blog(getting 300+ comments dialy) so wp super cache will not work to reduce the use of resources.

Traffic:
60% traffic is direct from various websites(i made an blog network for interlinking so most of the traffic are direct traffic. also 20% of direct traffic is from social bookmarking sites and rss directories)

Niche:
There is no specific niche. this autoblog will crawl clickbank,ebay and amazon and post these products.

Earning:
There is good clickbank earning but there is an 70% refund rate.
Also there is some amazon commission (about 5-10$ monthly).
there is some good adsense earning 1 - 25$ Monthly
these earning can be increased if we add more keywords to crawl.

SEO:
i have done some onpage seo for this blog and there is a page rank 1 for this blog
