Selling PR1 Arcade Site | Well aged domain, unique template and traffic

Got rescro.net up for sale, my PR1 arcade site with 100+ hand picked games uploaded that runs on AV Arcade PRo. The site has over 300 registered members and more than 67,000 gameplays. If you wish to add more games quickly then the script features an auto add function to add thousands of games from mochi with just a couple of clicks.

Reason for the the lack of data and limited visitors in January is due to me moving hosts halfway through the month, but it does help to give you an idea of server requirements etc.

No real revenue to speak of as I've just started running some epic game ads, usually it earns from private link selling but I just haven't been able to put the time in to promote it on here or anywhere really. Site does have a unique template that I got custom made for the site and a few months left on the domain that has been registered since 2004.

Site also comes with a facebook app addon that can be seen here: http://apps.facebook.com/rescro-arcade/ - You can edit this from the admin panel and offers just another way to promote the site.

As far as price goes I'm looking for around $200 considering the unique template, the facebook app and the site is receiving traffic, though feel free to shoot me an offer via pm or something.
