    The domain is exact match and has high Adsense CPC. The site is PR1

    There isn't much traffic at the moment and I haven't monetized it, so assume no traffic or revenue - base your bid on the value of the PR and exact match, as well as the attractive design of the site.

    The site is not banned from Adsense - you can use the adsense preview tool to verify that - I've never put Adsense on it. The articles are not unique - I bought the site with the intention of rewriting them to be unique, but I never got around to it, and have other projects I need to concentrate on.
