    I have a Katherine Heigl celebrity fan site for sale, the site was CSS / PHP based but was converted to Wordpress CMS earlier this year.

    Site ranks high for many keywords such as #1 for "Katherine Heigl Photo Gallery "

    over 1200 in bound links, 90 indexed pages => http://websitegrader.com/site/www.kheigl.info/

    revenue from google last year was about $200 and we sold several text links on the site (all have expired so have been removed) - I will prepare screen grabs for those interested

    My host has been undependable lately so I have had to sell off a number of sites and this one has been in that group.
