    I'm selling 220games.com website. The domain is 3 years old. The website has PR1 (had PR3 before the last PR update), it is built on wordpress and has an unique theme and logo.

    Currently it gets 40-50 unique vis/day, has no revenue except a 100$/year advertorial. The games are easy to add.

    I will sell the website to the first one that offers me 200$.
