    Getting ranked is always good.

Pr 3 and above is what you want so keep getting links to the site when you have time. Pr 5 is a good goal to set and work for.

Make sure your site is showing up in search for keywords you want. That is one fo the most important things of all.

That's good for you but much better if you can get a better ranking from search engine even your site was new.

Yeah it is good, but i don't advice you to join programs like indexguy. They could actually harm your website's rankings because they give you hundreds of incoming links instantly. Almost all of them are the same and pointing to one single page of your website. In the eyes of search engines such behavior is counted as artificial increase of link popularity, and your website could be penalized.

Same here. I just got my site up less than two months. I got pr2. I guess it's primary due to my domain name. Does every new site will get PR2 as starter?

I do have a site which is years old, but still gets only PR1. It's not link to anywhere. ;-)

Great work, the more you focus on getting links for your site the more rewarding page rank becomes. I also had a new site that was 45 days old pr went from 0 to 3,

Congratulations! :) But remember that Toolbar PR plays a very small role in SEO. More importantly, how are you ranking for your chosen keywords?
