PR0 - PR3 then predicted PR4 But dropped to 2 BUT STILL PREDICTED 4

I was a PR3 and due for a PR 4 increase

However I dropped to Pr 2???

web tools show me im even more likely to to be a PR4 soon?

Does this make sense?

I have noticed a big increase in traffic and checking my cpanel I can see that my % of traffic from google has doubled over night, as if I am a PR4 so I am showing highr on more searched EVEN THOUGH IT SAYS PR2

Is this normal of the dance?

Prediction is never accurate

PR is NOT the only factor in SERPS.

 

Never accurate it worked for me 3 times and in 3 sites...
