I have taken a look at compars PR page Compar PR It is based on the fact that 50 links is an average number of links out. My question is Is one link from a PR3 site with 1 link on it the same value as having 50 PR3 pages with 50 links on it? I can't imagine this to be the case, but does anyone have an idea of when things begin to balance out? eg 1 PR3 page with 3 links would be equal to how many pr3 pages with 50 links on it?
It might be interesting to try to figure this out. Even a test could be constructed to prove that fifty links from PR3 pages with 50 outgoing links each would be the same as on link from a PR3 page with no other outbounds. But, realistically, your time is probably better spent getting links than trying to figure this out.
Not sure if this PR Calculator uses the same table as Compar's, but it should make you PR fanatics happy.
