Hey yet all the data centers are not having the same PR.

So, you are watching data from old DCs. thats the reason it shows PR0 to you.

 

I see also the old data before the last PR update.

Trust me, sometimes TBPR is "tweaked" mid update, it happens on very few sites, but I have seen it with my own eyes.

 

I don't see the updation on my website yet, shall be around 2 month.
