Don't panic. It HASN'T started, so you could see your PR go up one of these days. And has any one noticed that the person who started this thread is in the red??!! Remember that when you think of making one of these threads!!!! grrrr!!!!
Good to see google accomplishing nothing again, one of my pages i'd been shooting for ranking for 3+ months just dropped 100+ (this morning) and yet pages with absolutely no content, incorrect syntax/html (& dead internal 404 links right off the bat) or completely outdated (by years) content remain ranking well. - Update, this morning was strange, as it is not the same as right now, this morning i'd dropped rankings in a bad way, but now all of a sudden i'm almost back to where it was minus like 4-5 people now ahead of me, i wish they would stop screwing with my head. one thing i also noticed is the total pages returned this morning was 50m vs now around 30m (the norm) so i duno what they are (or were) doing
My indexed pages dropped from 30K to 700 I was ranked 1st for months, now im 14th My other site went from 6k something spot to 42nd These are just a few of the changes i have had accross my whole network in the last few weeks.
I noticed quite big difference on my pages as well. Some dropped with as much as 30 places some went up with as much as 20+
All of you just shut the hell up. When the real PR update happens, for those who care, you will see EVIDENCE of it posted by someone who actually knows what evidence looks like. Until then, let me speak for everyone who keeps seeing this stupid thread in the "New Posts" lists when I say WE DON'T CARE WHETHER YOUR LISTING WENT UP OR DOWN A FEW RANKS! NO HONESTLY - WE REALLY REALLY REALLY DO NOT GIVE A TINKER'S DAMN!
Seems like PR has updated for some websites. www.calacanis.com has it's PR updated on some servers. The default server has it's PR has PR4. (Most toolbar's have calacanis.com has PR4) http://toolbarqueries.google.com/se...006537&features=Rank&q=info:www.calacanis.com Rank_1:1:4 On some of the other servers (Most likely are BigDaddy servers), it shows a PR7. http://64.233.161.104/search?client...=UTF-8&features=Rank&q=info:www.calacanis.com Rank_1:1:7 (You may have to refresh it a few times -- it appears to be flickering) If anyone else has noticed this, please post about it. (TRICK: If you change the toolbarqueries.google.com DNS to one of the new servers you'll see the actual PR7 on the toolbar -- check the screenie below) http://img438.imageshack.us/img438/8411/untitled9nd.jpg
