PR Update starting!

My main site was a pr6 and is 5 or 6 depending on the dc.

All I'm seeing is PR flux... this has been going on for a while now. I haven' noticed REAL PR changes to any of my sites.

so this is yet another false PR thread.

naw i dont think it is a flux as i have been watching it slowly change across the dcs for a few days now.

when i think about it, it is about time for an update.

 

no changes at all.

checked 10 domains.

 

What does the term DC mean?

 

datacenter.
google has many of them which it rotates to display results.

Google announced late today that PR was to be replaced with a new system "SiteMargin (beta)" in which the number of pages indexed times the links to those pages divided by the square of the page authority of those backlinks plus an error term (which is apparently the number of metatag keywords greater than five divided by the number of keywords which appear on the page times a constant (rumoured to be an anagram of Larry in hexidecimal)) regressed against an dependent time variable.

But, and here the wording is a little less clear, apparently each page scoring over 3 on this new system will be hand reviewed by non-English speakers hired through Amazon's Automatic Turk for page design and web standards compliance. I think. Never let engineers write press releases.
