    Here's an idea. When or if there ever is a pr update someone post it with the title "Pr Update" followed by the date. example "PR Updating 2-11-06" Then everyone can hurry to check their new pr and post" my site went from a pr 3 to 5! mine went from 1 to 6! bla bla bla.
