    Something is definitely happening, my website yesterday was N/A and today its PR0 and alot of my inner pages are PR0 to which they weren't yesterday...

    Verified. My main site jumped from PR3 to PR4 today. It's never been PR4 before. Plus a number of other sites have gained PR from never having PR before. It's certainly an update.
