    I noticed that one of my sites which was penalized by Google, went from PR4 to PR3 sometime in last 10 days. None of my other sites were affected, so I guess it is just a minor PR update.

    toolbar PR was last updated by Google on 31st dec evening...as per observation it gets updated in a span of 3-4 months, so most likely this months end or so will bring the update for all of us(BTW internal PR used for search results ranking is updated on constant basis soon after you lose or gain links)....so i think the webmasters launching their sites in this month with some legitimate link building are really lucky as they will get to see the PR update in less than a month.

    pages change from unranked to PR0 after being indexed and this happens to me on a weekly biases. As always PR updates usually every 3-6 months or quarterly. I have also noticed the pre-PR update SERP fluctuations and I'm guessing sense it's almost the end of the first quarter that a PR shift is close by.

    Yaeh - i know. It's i bummer. It used to be faster in the old days. As of today, there has not been a Toolbar PR export for 391 days. Some my claim the live PR i just as important.

    But its not easy to sell web-solutions convincingly with a PR0 Site.

    I see many site that have no PR on the home page, not PR0, just a grey bar.

    I see this even on major sites like www.botw.org

    All of my PR's didn't change but I do see big changes in traffic, this can predict some changes are coming up.... if more people have the indication traffic is bounching up and down.

    changes in traffic can be caused from many things, but they are not related with PR
    PR update will not increase or decrease your traffic and SERP
