PR update first or link: update first?

Google is updating PR and links ALL THE TIME. Not first or last.

 

Let us have conclusion here:
backlinks update first

here Maryn noticed backlinks update today

but PR have no update at all

 

Last time the back links got updated first ..then the PR

 

I see PR export going on right now also:

just put that url on google search box & see the nos, u understand everything urself.

 

backlinks first then PR.

 

If you think about in January links were updated first and then almost a month later PR was updated. I looked at my sites and the links were updated but no change in PR at all.

 

I think it is backlink first and PR will follow in 2-3 weeks time.

 

I do not think there is standard procedure in place for this.
