These type of offers come up all the time but rarely if ever does anyone come thru. I would be happy to do a review in the sense that I will pay your stated price but only after service is delivered. I have a PR1 site that I would pay to go to PR4.

Its not that i wouldnt do a review copy its just that this type of thing takes several days to show up. The tactics in getting pr is a secret trade for us backlinkers. It doesnt come cheap as well. which is why my service is rare but i offer guarantees on them. i may have low itrader now but in a few days ill probably have as much as you soon with the other products im selling. No need to get rude by PM when I ask a simple question. I offer to pay double the price and pay the Escrow fees, but you won't use Escrow for some reason? If you were genuine, then you would let me pay after or at least use Escrow - as you can see I am genuine I even offered to send you a photocopy of my driving license as ID.
sir you took it the wrong way. like i said this is a service where its a group project and im not the only one to make decisions. its not that i wouldnt its that the team wont do it. we are only accepting limited places and you some people have already asked for a spot without even asking about making payments after service. you must understand this type of service is rare due to the fact that it can take up to 30 days to get to the pr. and within the 30 days anything can happen for the buyer since he can dissappear or anything. a drivers license does nothin to us on the internet. anyone can provide a license which can be faked or borrowed or stolen as well. which is why we can't do this.
Not with my name and photograph on it, I live in the UK it's pretty hard for me to get away with scamming people, it's not like I live in a country favoured by scammers because they can't get caught.
Like i said before, not trying to make excuses or anything but its just this group's policy. Everyone has been scammed before and rather not risk it even if the percent of chance of being scammed is only 1%.
