PR Reversed

Hi there,

I just noticed that on one of my webistes PR returned from 3 to 2. I want to know that why this reverse happened and is it temporary and will be adjusted or it has been lost and I have to work again to retain the original position.

Any help will be highly appreciated.

Don't see it like that. Sometimes they simply adjust the PR. One year ago thousands of websites suddenly gained +1 PR. This time thousands of websites lost -1. Just look at Apple.com, the big news papers etc. They all lost -1.

Conceive it like this: PR5 yesterday is the same as PR 4 today.

 

It has happened to some of my domains as well at the last update, check the prediction tools, they may return to where they were or even go up. (prediction tools aren't always accurate though).

Yes, some of my went to 2 from 3 and now they are back. This is very confusing.

 

Check the different Data Centers.

Dont worry some times many sites face this type of problems. Wait it adjust automaically.
