PR requirment

    My site is new, so it won't have PR until G updates. Can I still be apart of the Co-Op?

    Yes. See the FAQ in my sig, at the top is a sign-up button for those with PR0 to make it work. You won't have much weight (depends on pagecount) but you'll see a nice boost when the next PR update occurs and you go to PR3 or something.
