PR Related to the Folders of Your Website

    2 questions about Page Rank and the Folders of your website.

    #1 If you link a PR5 to say http://yoursite.com/folder will that folder corresponding pages all get PR love? Also will it help with your pages being in the supplemental if your folder has some good PR ?

    #2 is it the folder that gets the PR or the index.html ?

    Folders do not get PR. Pages get PR. Pages within a folder get PR according to their inbound links (which generally means the internal link structure for most small sites).
