    I am new to the site and am not quite sure what the different PR ratings mean. I have seen a couple of people selling websites with PR4 and PR5 ratings. What do they mean and how are they achieved?

    hello tjkush. Welcome to DP :) I hope you understand what Page Rank is.

    You can check page rank of websites by using some free tools online. like this one >> http://www.seochat.com/seo-tools/pagerank-lookup/
    (e.g. enterting www.yahoo.com it shows PR9)

    Also, i'd suggest that you should download the google toolbar so that you can easily see page rank of every page you visit.
