Is it just me or are these PR3 - PR5 rated free offers not approving our submissions? I think they're just trying to get some free hits. I could be wrong.
For me, it tends to work out at a rate of about 1 in 5 of sites offered on DP that I get accepted to. But that's only because 1 in 5 only send you submission/activation e-mails. Stick with the quality directories if you're worried about wasting your time - the majority of these 'PR' directories, if relatively new, will no longer be 'PR' directories any time soon.
