Pr question

There has been rumour if you buy a domain name with a high PR, once it changes ownership, the next PR update it goes back to ZERO???? Any thoughts??I would like to know if there is any truth to this, or does anyone have a personal experience.

Your going to detach the domain name from it's content and therefore bring back to zero.

 

Thank you . Do you know of anyway to maintain PR with a name transfer? (aside form keeping the current content)??

 

Copy all the tags from the old site to the new site.
