    Lets say a domain had a PR4: domain.com
and it links a site with lower PR under a directory: domain.com/folder/

Does the link under that folder gets the same benefits?

Yes. From my experience, if domain.com is a pr 4 and links to domain.com/folder/, then domain.com/folder/ will be most likely get a pr 3 or 4 in the next pr update. But it also depends on the number of outbound links on domain.com

    Just my 2 cents ;)

Thanks for clearing that up for me.

Depends on outbound links? Hm... From what I understand the less OBL the better, but how about directories? They have many OBL within them. How do they maintain their PR?
