PR Question and help?

    I am trying to raise the PR of ask4darla.com it is currently a PR 0 and i know most of the basics of SEO but i did have a few questions!

    They are using a CMS for the MLS listings called Claren and most of the files are .cfm (coldfusion) With this site index as well as Xhtml/CSS projects i have done!

    Also i used backlinkwatcher.com and link:www......... in google and i get 2 different results google says 1000 and some and backlinkwatcher says 1? Which to believe? Please give some feedback! Thanks

    As far as i know different search engine will give different number of back link cause they have different boot that that count the link.

    I agree with EMS, different search engines has different algo so it will also give different results. Try to check it manually for more accurate results.
