Hi, I started my site about a month ago. As of right now I have like 17000 links when i search for my website on google. I linked ALOT hehe. But my pagerank is a 0/10. Did I get flagged by Google for getting so many links in my sites first month? Maybe my pagerank toolbar hasn't updated yet or simply isn't working correctly for my site? If I did get flagged, how long will this last? Forever or until im out of the sandbox? Any comments on this would be appreciated, my website is http://www.theclubconnect.com

    thanks

You could of been flagged and placed in the Google sandbox for so many links in such a short time. They seem to really be penalizing sites for that anymore. And are much more supportive now in PR of sites that have been arouond for longer, and ones that have built up links slowly.

I found from personal experience with this on two sites, and have yet to be placed back in good google positions after 4 months, and again the same thing seemed to happen to a lot of sites after googles last update called 'bourbon'

You may wish t search for the phrases: google bourbon
or read some posts here and other places
