PR Puzzle?

    Google is filtering one of those out because they are duplicates (normally the one it deems less relevant, aka: the one with fewer inbound links). Normal procedure here is to 301 redirect one to the other to preserve inbound link weight.

    There are links to both forms of URL (with and without www) so PR is split between them. Only one of the forms should be used to link to, but what TheMadHat proposes gets around that problem.

    If you don't use the 301 redirect or set in .htaccess, google will treat a website with and without www differently, so no strange for the different PR. Just use 301 redirect.
