PR Prediction Tool

I am using a website for a while and I think it's pretty acurate so I will share it with you: http://www.searchengineengine.com/

They say they tell you the curent real PR. From what I have seen and tested it is accurate. I mean I lunched a new website, at the begining the tool said the real PR is 0, the same as the toolbar PR. I have placed a link on a PR4 website pointing to the new website, and after 2 days the tool said the real PR is 3. I have added other links and they now they say real PR is 4.

Do you think it's an accurate tool?

It does seem to be a lot more accurate than the other PR prediction tool posted around here. The other script showed pretty high PRs.

Lol, I ran 4 url's through and 3 showed "unknown" and the other said the PR for a competitors site is going down, when in fact I know it's increasing.

iwebtools generally predicts higher ranks for my 30 sites higher than searchengine.

Perhaps crizatu has worked out the difference, in that searchengine is really a more about discovering google's current 'real' PR that it uses before declaring 'official' PR's on their toolbar. Hence it's a better tool.

iwebtools my be no more than a stab in the dark and certainly is not held in high regard on this forum when it's mentioned as a sales promotion factor.

I made a PR prediction test (beeing in the same time, a small review of the tools), using almoust all the prediction tools i could find.

Time will tell which one of them gets as as close to the truth as possible, if any of them do.
