Firstly, I know theres big difference between PR 1, PR2 and PR3 site. But has anybody made some research how much exaclty is it? For example like this: PR = 1-100, PR2 = 101-200, PR3 = 201-400, PR4 = 400-800 or ...?

Secondly, for exmaple I have three PR1 (.com) sites and theres one with 2 outgoing links, second one with 10 outgoing links and third with 25 outgoing links. How much % will every link get from this PR1 site. I have read, its something like 0.4 and 0.4 point with two links and almost 0.001 points for every link with 25 links?

1.) No, there's no such thing, becuase each link is evaluated based on several factors.

2.) Number of outbounds links directly corresponds with how much link juice is passed. The mour outbound links, the less link juice it passes.

    1) Toolbar Page Rank is based on some logrithmic scaling of the "actual" page rank (which you never see). In other words, it's exponetial. No one know the "base" for the logrithm... It might be base 10, base 25, base 50... who knows? Only Google. The only thing for sure is that it's harder to get to the next PR level than it was to get to the previous.

    2) As selectplat said, basically if a page has X amount of PR points and Y outbound links then approximately X/Y amount of PR is passed out on each of the outbound links. I say approximately because their is a damping or decay factor applied. It is said that a page typically passes out about 85% of it's "link juice" or Page Rank to it's outbound links.
