traffic is what we all need pr just helps to get more traffic so there is no compition between this two.
Usually, higher PR drives more traffic, and because it's good position in google ranking, therefore the visitors are likely to be those who search for the site's topic. Let's say you have 1,000 visitors, but those visitors are only using an automated traffic exchange program. That won't make any sense.
although PR will help you generate money cause now a days any one can open a blog and write an articles on anything to which he is not even remotely related. like me writing on rocket science. but who will decide if it is genuine or not. that time the PR may make the visitor comfortable. a good pr website will not publish trash atleat i see it that way. so visitors are def, the main thing but if you also have a good pr then the conversion rate will be better. and yes, one thing more as far as i know, if you get good traffic daily like 1000 visitors, then dont worry your Pr will inc. automatically , its just a matter of time.
Well if you consider it from Search engine point of view PR is important as the search engine will identify the website from PR. The strength lies in the contents and also second thing is that the search engine consider the traffic also to rank the page well. So in my view both are important.
A decent balance of PR and traffic is the best way to build a site. But I cant understand how you wont get traffic if you have a high PR
Traffic of course, because when you get more traffic your blog will also go high on PR.So the most important out of PR and Traffic,is traffic.
Both are important. Traffic is required for making lots of money from your website.....PR is also most important if you wanna float visitors to your website from Google. If you're getting good amount of traffics without having any PR, then the traffic might be for few days or months. These type of traffics are come from referral sites, ppc ads, classified, email marketing, directory submission etc. These all are limited and so if you don't work on it, your website will lose traffic gradually. But if you've good PR, then Google will sent you lots of visitors where you didn't required to any extra works.
For me Traffic is most important, cause i simply rely on adsense and Affiliate marketing, and to convert it, i need traffic. But Yeah PR is important when you are into sites flipping, Links sales, and Paid blog posts.
Well it depends, actually PR 5 is a thing which can return you better value as far as earning is considered. If you will ask from the quality point of view then the second one which has 1000 UV is better. The most important thing is how you are working to earn from your sites. If I would have a PR 5 site then I would have earned more than $600 to $800 per month. On the other hand if I would have the second blog with 1000 visitor but with no PR then it will become a bit hard for me to earn good amount from that.
