Well 100 visitors a day or something. A couple of questions: are you adding regular content and pages every few days? Are you tracking your visitors and seeing how many of them come back? Are you working to get back links to your site and increase your traffic through these? There are so many things you can do but the first thing a most important thing is to write good pages and update regularly.
Add regular content, submit to social book marking sites, and keep on building those links. Getting some readers isn't done one night.
The number of visitors to your site doesn't depend on the PR. PR0 site can get more traffic than PR6 website. Try to post more quality content and build good backlinks, your site traffic will improve..
Having PR does not represent and determine how many visitors are flocking to your site. To get more traffic, you can either focus on quality contents or you can get some well placed inbound links to see whether that helps to boost your serp.
To get more people to it, you need to promote it. Advertise, tell people about it, mention it on forums (where it'll be useful to people, not spam), likewise blogs, let blog owners in your niche know about you - again not by spamming. If it's an ecommerce site add it to Google shopping, kaboodle, wists etc. People won't come to your site if they don't know it exists.
The question is... how many link backs do you have!? Like "Daruz" said, PR doesn't give you a visitors!

It has nothing to do with it, so don't worry too much on your green candy bar. In order to gain tons of traffic, rank for lucrative keywords in search engines especially in the big G. Viral marketing is also a great strategy that converts.
