I highly doubt you can do that in 2 months. Google sometimes only updates your PR every 2 or 3 months. And most people wouldn't be willing to exchange links with a website that has no PR or 0 PR. The best way to build up your PR when you're in that situation is to find free directories that will place your link on a page with PR or to do some homepage link exchanges with PR 1 pages. Once you get a PR1 or 2 which is very easy, you start finding homepage link partners that are PR3 or PR 4. Once you achieve that you move your way up to finding higher PR partners. I never thought PR was that important which is why I never put that much effort into. However, if the websites you are exchanging links with are bringing you traffic, that alone is worth the effort.
Anythings possible, if google.com puts a link to your site from the home page you will become a PR8 from just one link, but its not going to happen
yeah I have to agree with you on that. anchor text and domain/url keyword content can have a PR3 or 4 come up in the listings before a larger (PR7/8) site. depends on keyword competition as well. I have gotten my main site from unranked to PR3 in just under 2 months. no payments to anyone or any black hat methods. just quality backlinking. Still a long way to go since i do need some more PR to compete with the other sites.
It is possible but hard to achieve, you need to do amazing job make it become true. However, it will be easy if you aim for PR4. One of my personal blog reach PR4 after 2 months the blog have been set up
This is a vague question, if you have a PR9+ site - just link to the subordinate and you are very like to have a PR 5+ with a simple back-link on a similar niche by the next update without a doubt
I was able to get a PR0 to PR3 on a site that i registered the domain on Nov 8 2008. It just updated to PR3 with the latest G update.
