Hope to get some advice from you guys here.

I have a Jay Abraham site that has a PR of 4 when I see it on google toolbar. For some reason, the PR is not flowing through to the interenal pages. Every other page has a PR of 0.

    What could be the reason?

The updates aren't completly, they will slowy start updating the databases then the toolbar will be updated.

    Yeah.
I am pretty confused. My site was predicted PR 2... got to only PR 5.
Other one was no way.... going to be PR 3.. but it has! :)

How old is the site?? If it is one which has just moved from PR 0 to PR4, then you will have to wait for its internal pages to gain some Pr.
If it is an old site, you may have started seeing changes in the PR of the internal pages too.

1st updates on newer sites sometimes give only the homepage a PR. By next updates the internals will all show a PR. At least thats what happened to me last update and on some sites on this one.

PR has started turning back as it was a couple of days back. Has anyone else observed the same?

    Mudnik.

No one has asked you a question which is basic SEO in my opinion.

Do you have a sitemap or use Google Sitemap?
Are these internal pages all linked from the homepage?

As a few have mentioned try and get links to your internal pages, especially the 2nd level pages.

The homepage of my site already had a PR of 4 for many, many months. The site has been up since June last year.

I'm using freefind for my sitemap and have google sitemap.

Yes, the 2nd level pages are all linked from the homepage via the menu bar.
