I think its clear that Pagerank is only a small portion of google ranking algorithm, especially recently. I have been seeing a ton of low PR sites at the top of serps. I think site age is playing a larger role, as well as just good keywords in the domain and titles.
Every one here on DP knew that pr has nothing to do with SERPS Its just a number u require to have link exchange( though that is not imp for having Link exchange also )
PR do have some infulance on Search engine results. But it is only one factor there are lot of other factors that infulance on search results

Hi guys, that's true. we can agree with only SERP, PR is not much important. PR will only helpful in link building with high pr sites. but if you 've got good back links so you will get also PR juice from google, that's fact. only your targeted keywords is important in search engines, so you can get good traffic and as well good business from Your business website. PR is simply a gauge of how much you can earn in advertising and link sales. I can get my site ranked at #7 for a keyword of over 7,000,000 competing pages. And it is only at PR1 but over ranked site which are PR 4 -5. Basically it is building of one way quality links, keyword density, framework of the site, onpage optimization and following the guidelines of Google.
PR is very important to get a good position in SE. Low PR sites also can comes in SE better position . its based on the keyword , age and many other facts...
