PR links will help to gain traffics?

    PR links will help to gain traffics to new website? but new website is not page rank so how should i build that?

    focus on building quality links and not on PR. PR doesn't bring you the traffic, it just looks nice on toolbar. quality backlinks are what helps you get ranked well on search engines which in turn bring the traffic

    Don't fixate on PageRank. Work on developing quality backlinks to your site and optimizing it for the search engines.

    I utilize an article submitter that utilizes a unique way of rotating articles so that every directory and blog it submits to get an original variation.     I think you have to build quality site with high PR to improve your SERP that will also improve your traffic.
