    I am just wanting to know is there any website that will tell me back links for a certain website and list them with there PR?

    I use www.linkdiagnosis.com and just type in the web address you want to check. Works wonders for me. ;)

    You can use smartpagerank for checking the PageRank of the pages with incoming links.

    yep linkdiagnosis is a good one, give that a try first. If you just want to check straight PR then go for http://www.digpagerank.com

    I suggest using this tool: http://seopro.com.au/free-seo-tools/link-checker/

    It checks the pagerank, anchor text and OBL on the backlink page. Too bad you can only see the first 1000 links though.

    I just wouldn't worry too much about PR. I think it is something people spend way too much worrying about it...having a high PR doesn't give you the highest ranking.
