Buying PR link builder

    I have a small network of websites.

    I need to hire someone to

    1.find me niche relevant websites eg: health.sports,travel

    2. contact webmasters and arrange to have them place a link back to one of my sites with anchor provided by me.(eg: on resources/fav links page)

    3. all links to be placed on google indexed pages, recent cache, low obl and in addition all links MUST be placed on pages of at least PRO (No grey bars:) )


    I will need this service regularly min 2-3 links weekly and long term.

    I will pay for each batch of links provided on approval and verification.

    Let me know your prices based on PR and your experience in this field.

    Note: I am not looking blog posts, footer links, directories, forums etc
