PR is not important any more?

lol I fully agree.....

content is most important.

 

I am not arguing against "PR is not important", just wondering why so many put so much emphasis on PR!

 

I think as long as a person getting traffic and good number of conversion then there is no need of PR but yes in the long run and for the reputation of the website it is required to have the good google PR or alexa ranking.

 

for me, it is important but not VERY important as others say, Content s far more important than PR.

 

Your site can still get high ranking in search engine even you don't have PR.

 

Links are important, relevancy is important, content is importatnt. Pagerank is and has always been overrated. I know I've spent entirely too much time worried about that little green bar. If you are smart, you will treat pagerank as a novelty rather than obsess about it. (I think those are the only two choices )

 

PR to me, is only good when you want to sell text links and ads on your website ..
