    I had one site go from PR2 --> PR3, and a few that were PR 0 stay that way.

    My experiment with dropped and fake PR domains for this update : 8 domains with PR ranging from PR4 to PR6 -- All lost PR ! - Not even PR0 -after update. Just my experience.
