whow...i totally missed the PR...i finally got PR3 on some of my sites, for www.1up-seo.com i actually expected 4....but 3 is nice too .) The odd thing is that i got PR3 (site about 90 days old) for a site which i did ONLY PPC advertizing for and got a few clicks. The site got indexed not too long ago. But i didnt do ANY link-building or anything with that site! PR3 too ! I think its weird because i pulled of anything with http://www.1up-seo.com like RSS, i am on any major bookmarking site, articles etc..etc...and it has LOADS of backlinks. The other site i didnt do anything...its a very primitive site using associate-o-matic...and this has PR3 too. So..the fact that i got some clicks on PPC, maybe keyword-relevancy and then 1500 or so indexed pages makes it PR3...and i probably dont have one single backlink!
