    It is hard to tell you in one sentence, but first thing would be getting backlinks and updating content regularly.

    Backlinks - if you want to know in one word. Try selected good directories and websites with PR articles. It could be the easiest way for you.

    Back links.. Getting into top rankings, you need to get lots and lots of back links on relevant sites and with higher PR value..
