    Impressive indeed.
I wonder how long it will be until G closes whatever loophole(s) they found.

Maybe Google PR is the next Alexa toolbar, easy to fake the results.

They are using 301 redirect to a another PR10 when the google bot visits. Take a look at the cache of the website you'll see what happens.

This page has been around for quite some time now, still wondering why they haven't banned this website.

So a quick tip when buying links or websites.. Check the cache to see how search engines 'see' the page(s).

You redirect, wait for PR update and then you can even take the code off and it will stay PR10 untill the next update.

Yeah you 301 redirect to google, or any other site who's PR you want, wait for PR update, and stop the redirect.

A good way to tell it is a faked PR, is if only the homepage has PR and all the other pages are PR0, as the amateurs are normally not smart enough, or to lazy to fake PR on the entire site in descending order based on the link structure.

These are very common on ebay, I saw someone selling a faked PR7 blog hosting site, and it sold for 5,000, and all it was -- was a turnkey blog hosting site, with a faked pr.
